  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • You will receive an email or WhatsApp message once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location and the weight of your package.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Lebanon (local orders): 2–5 business days
    • Middle East region: 6–12 business days
    • International shipping (if applicable): 12–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated times, and delays may occur due to customs or courier factors beyond our control.


3. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available for local deliveries within Lebanon.
  • Please ensure that your contact information (phone number and address) is accurate to avoid delivery delays.
  • The courier may contact you before delivery to confirm your address and preferred delivery time.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently deliver to selected countries.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number (if available) by email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.


6. Delays or Lost Packages

While we work closely with our courier partners, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping information, customs, or courier service issues.
  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery to the provided address.

If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.


7. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges may apply.
