Return & Refund Policy

At Marwa Beautic, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a request.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or
  • You received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used beauty products, such as lashes, beauty accessories, or skincare items.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific item, don't hesitate to get in touch with us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the current one and place a new order once the return is approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders:
    Refunds are issued through store credit or transfer (Bank or Western Union), since payments were not made electronically.
    Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after confirmation.
  • For online payment orders:
    Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover all related shipping costs.

Please note that it may take additional time for banks or payment providers to post the refund.
